Dakshin Hub Return & Refund Policy


4-Day Return Policy

We have a 4-day return policy, which means you have 4 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide:

A return shipping label

Instructions on how and where to send your package


Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.



Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., oils, spices, food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (e.g., beauty or health products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once your return is approved, you can place a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved or denied.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
